At Mirocas, we want you to love your custom-made products. Since all items are printed on demand specifically for you, we have specific guidelines for returns and refunds.

Made-to-Order Products

All products are created especially for you as soon as you place an order, which is why we cannot accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.

Damaged or Defective Items

We will gladly replace or refund items that arrive:

  • Damaged during shipping
  • Defective or misprinted
  • Significantly different from the product description

To request a replacement or refund:

  1. Contact us within 30 days of receiving your order
  2. Provide photos showing the issue
  3. Include your order number
  4. We'll review and respond within 2-3 business days

Wrong Item Shipped

If you receive the wrong item, we'll send the correct product at no additional cost. Contact us immediately with your order details.

Processing Refunds

  • Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • You'll receive a confirmation email once processed
