Shipping Location

We currently ship only within the United States (all 50 states).

We do not ship to:

• P.O. Boxes (some products)
• International addresses
• U.S. Territories (please contact us to verify)

Production Time

Since all products are made to order:

• Standard Production: 2-7 business days
• Production starts: Within 24 hours of order confirmation
• Cannot cancel: Once production begins

Production times vary by product:

• Apparel (T-shirts, Hoodies): 2-5 business days
• Accessories (Mugs, Stickers, Pins): 2-4 business days
• Journals & Paper Products: 3-7 business days

Shipping Times

After production, estimated delivery times:

• Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days
• Total Time (Production + Shipping): 5-14 business days

Shipping Costs

• Calculated at checkout based on items and destination

Order Tracking

• You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking number
• Track your order through the carrier's website
• Allow 24-48 hours for tracking to activate

Multiple Item Orders

• Items may ship separately from different facilities
• You'll receive separate tracking numbers for each shipment
• This helps ensure faster delivery

Shipping Issues

Order not arrived?

• Check tracking information first
• Contact us if tracking shows "delivered" but you didn't receive it
• We'll work with the carrier to resolve the issue

Address Errors:

• We ship to the address you provide at checkout
• Verify your address before completing purchase
• We're not responsible for items shipped to incorrect addresses provided by customer
